Jukebox Themed & Place Card Decorations

Yesterday's blog post was for the party favor's.  Today, I wanted to share the cake decorations made. Since I could not find anything appropriate (OMG - it's Halloween everywhere in the stores), I decide to make my own cake decorations using the same images from the Rockin & Rollin SVG Kit Collection from SVGcuts.com . Based on the cake size (half sheet), each piece was made to scale.
Jukebox finished size (scaled down from the 3D party favors): 3-1/2" x 5". Yes, even the record play list was scaled down with the same record list.
Girl finished size: 2" x 4-1/2"
Girl on roller skates finished size: 3-1/4" x 4-1/2"
Car finished size: 5-1/2" x 4-3/4". Like the computer generated license plate? We did find photos to insert into the car:
LOVE the car - shrunken black and white photos of Rick's long time friends are also in the car. He has known them since Kindergarten School..........can you imagine that!! Like the computer generated license plate?
Each piece had a clean backed mat to hide the skewers used to prop up the decorations. Skewers were attached using a hot glue gun.  Foam tape is added to the inside sandwich so the back can be clean finished.
The place cards: separate images were cut from the Rockin & Rollin SVG Kit Collection, then adhered to cut/folded card stock.  Each color coded place card represented either fish, chicken, steak, or medallions. This way the restaurant already had the orders and were able to serve efficiently.  With seating being last minute, clear adhesive printed stickers are used for the names. I love the decorations on top of each place card..........cute, eh? Finished size is 2"x 4".
Here's examples of the place card backside with the meals pre-assigned facing outside for the waiters to reconfirm:
Here's a closer look at each style of place card: Mine is of course, red color with some adhesive rhinestones. In fact, all the girls got glasses with some sparkle.
Lovin the dice in also my favorite color:
Of course, I had to add a poker chip:
It all worked out well and I was so relieved it is now all over..............whew!!!
